Implants
Implants
Restore missing teeth with durable, natural feeling dental implants. Dental implants provide a fixed, long term solution that preserves adjacent teeth and supports function, aesthetics and oral health.
What implants are
A dental implant is a biocompatible titanium (or titanium alloy) fixture placed into the jawbone to act as an artificial tooth root. It supports a custom abutment and prosthetic crown, bridge or overdenture.
Why choose implants
- Preserve neighbouring natural teeth (no need to prepare adjacent teeth
as for a bridge) - Excellent function and comfort — looks and feels like a natural tooth
- Long‑term stability and bone preservation with appropriate care
- Predictable aesthetic outcomes for single or multiple missing teeth and full‑arch solutions
Our Implant Care
Comprehensive assessment
clinical exam, digital imaging and 3D planning where required to assess bone volume, anatomy and treatment options.
Individualised treatment planning
we tailor surgical and restorative plans to your functional and aesthetic goals, including ridge augmentation or bone grafting when indicated.
Surgical placement
implants are placed using sterile surgical technique and appropriate analgesia; guided placement may be used for precision.
Restoration
after osseointegration, a custom abutment and porcelain crown/bridge or overdenture is fabricated for optimal aesthetics and function.
Aftercare & maintenance
ongoing review, hygiene care and regular maintenance to protect long term success.
Who performs the treatment
Implant treatment is provided by our experienced clinical team with appropriate training in implant surgery and restorations. Complex cases are managed collaboratively and, where required, in consultation with or referral to a specialist.
What to expect
Initial consultation and imaging → surgical implant placement (± grafting) → healing/osseointegration period → restorative phase (abutment and crown) → regular maintenance visits.
Benefits & Considerations
High success rates with appropriate case selection and maintenance. Treatment timeframes vary depending on clinical needs (bone grafting, healing times).
